Avast issue..
Hi all just came back to my PC with a few alerts from Avast saying:

"We've safely aborted connection to ( (valve2001) steamcontent dot com .. had to write like this so it doenst atually include a link here) because it was infected with VBS: Bicololo-TX
. There was a few of these ... i think like 2-3 (valve2001,2003 etc) and i noticed my steam was indeed updating a few games at the time. Is this simple a false flag or should i be worried? I am doing a full scan right now with Avast & Malwarebytes and i will also do one of those scans it does before you start windows.. just wondering is all thanks

You don't have to uninstall dota2, just unsub the workshop content and remove them and restart steam
started by removing dota2 autoupdate and the whole workshop folder because I didnt have that 570 folder and didn't stop untill I went ♥♥♥♥ all and uninstalled dota
almost sure its false positive on new virus update from avast nothing to do with 7.10

Deleting the workshop content didn't work for me. Uninstalling DotA 2 did, however.

So you think

1) a virus magically bypassed both Steam and Akamai internal virus scanning

2) because of an anti virus that is notorious for false positives
