Endless unnamed download that cannot be paused or stopped

So on startup i have a download going in my downloads, it holds priority over all other downloads so i cant boost up something else to priority download. it has no name, its just downloading endlessly and the pause button doesn't work. i'm at a loss, i cant play anything because i cant update anything with this going. someone please help

Your games are stored in steam/steamapps.

if you backup that folder and userdata (optional), you can copypaste them back into same place after refreshing the steam files.

Also, your screenshot only shows the download graph, not the qued items in the list below. Show the entire screenshot, just not a part of it.

refreshing files is basicly selecting all files in the steam folder (CTRL+ A), then deselect the steam.exe and steamapps folder. hit delete and you should remain with just the steamapps folder and steam.exe. then click steam.exe and proceed to login after update.

Well, i don't see anything wrong.

All downloads paused.

You can't click the arrow up or play any of these games to force a download to complete?

yeah idk what it was man, it WAS downloading and i couldnt click anything else to make that update, but whatever the nameless update was must of finished cause now that its 0kb/s i can select other downloads, guess i just wasnt patient, thanks anyway man! :)
