Steam Guard doesn't want to send me the SMS to activate it in my mobile device
I'll explain it better here : I've downloaded the Steam App and so I decided to add the Steam Guard to my cellphone for the two steps verification stuff, but also when I add my phone number, the Steam doesn't send me one and so I can't activate it, and for instance I'm not being able to sell some of my items because it takes too long for steam legalize it in the market.
I hope you guys understood everything that I said, it's because I'm not fluent in English.

But that's the problem, I put it exactly as it says. I thought it was a problem with my phone company but I can receive messages from anyone.

I tried but there are no topics that match with my problem, I don't know if there's any form for me to contact them by writing a letter or something. And it looks like I'm the only person to have this issue.
