Muv-Luv Game Gone from Steam?

I noticed a few weeks back that the VN Muv-Luv has disappeared from the site. I've been a fan of the Muv-Luv series for years now, but I never bothered to buy the game on steam. I'm just wondering if the game will ever be put back on or if it has been deleted off the store for a short time.

licensing issues. the new license holders will put it back on steam... eventually, I guess. you missed out buying it, #1 VN of all time [backed up by its rating across the past 12 years]

Degica's license ran out, and someone else took the reins, it was supposed to go back up within a week, but it's been a while now.

I already own this game and it's in my library, but the store page doesn't specify that I own it. Which is confusing.

I'm betting you bought it before its removal and return because if you did it having a new appid now makes steam see the version in your library and the one in the store as two different games.

What do you mean, I never returned the game. And yeah, I've bought the game quite a while ago though. But I thought steam could have handled this, what if someone buys this game twice by accident, if I would buy it then will I have two separate muv-luv's in my library for example lul
