Bundle price with partly owned games wrong in cart

Hey

So, because of steams ridiculous support site, I'm unable to contact them directly about an error regarding the price of this bundle:

I already have the Shadow of Mordor GOTY Ed. and the bundle page shows a total price of 39,99€ because of that. But when put in the cart the price is suddenly 55,98€.

I'm assuming there's an error with their cart system, but how do I contact them about this issue?

It shows the correct price for me.

Did you glance at the upper right on your cart page, to check that you're still logged into your account? Steam tends to loose logins occasionally.

I am logged in on the cart page as well.

Possibly a bug for that page... Your link shows the price as an estimated price. Just click purchase for myself and continue until you get to the confirm purchase page where it will hopefully be fixed. If it is still too high cancel purchase.

No idea how to help if the price isnt corrected, sorry.

Possibly you're missing part of Shadow of Mordor GotY, and since that's a package rather than a bundle you're getting hit with the full price. I own the full the full GotY and when I add that bundle the page indicates I already own the Shadow of Mordor where as the image you posted indicates both games are in your cart.

You can check the list of GotY DLCs against what the client lists under the DLC's tab of the game's properties. If you're missing even one of the DLCs, the store is working correctly.

The price is there all the way to the paypal confirmation screen sadly. It seems like a genuine pricing error. But there's no way to contact steam directly about it.

I definitely have the full GotY - it says "in library" when I view the bundle page.

Scratch that - even though it said in library, there was a free DLC for HD textures that was probably released after I bough/added the GotY. I added that, and I'm now getting the correct price - thanks so much @Glimmer!
