Mod Organizer won’t run skse, Skyrim launcher, or TESV

When I try to run Skyrim though mod organizer i get an error saying “a component as stopped Skyrim script extender from working” I have no idea what the problem is.. pls help

i Can start skse through MO in my old laptop and it works just fine. I don’t understand what the problem is.
