How to keep steam from updating dota workshop content?

I don't even have the game installed anymore (must be over 2 years since I've uninstalled it).

Even so, DotA workshop content keeps being updated. I don't know how to clean my computer from these files, and also how to keep stem from updating it ever again. Do I need to download the game again and turn off some option on it's properties?

I've tried searching steam forums but didn't find anything close to this. I'm sorry in advance if this is a duplicate of an answered thread.

the game have unistaled, no workshop content subcribed, but still update workshop content, fak this update so annoying. Any soulution?

Try clearing steam cache. Look for the game's folder in app data. Try deleting it too. Be careful if you actually want to keep save files.
The only actual solution I know is formatting the whole computer.

i change the os to linux and formating my disk, after that i instal again steam downloading game (not dota) but this workshop content always update
