New PC, old driver with games already here
Hello friends, :butterfly:
I got a new fresh pc, windows etc.. now i have my old hdd installed with games in it of steamlibrary, do i need manual remove them, and install the games again from steam?
Or there is an option to active them online for steam?

Thanks for help, you know is a lot of GBs and take time to download, i just wish to understand please.

Return my self. YES you can let steam discover already installed games in your HDD\SSD.

just let steam create 'steamlibrary' folder, copy-> past the games that you want to install in the HDD disk or SSD location.
Go by Steam program to Library -> Install game. (just find the current location that your game file are there, that you want to install the steam game to that location).

Steam just discovering the game, allowcation space that already there, download minor updates if need and you good to PLAY :D
