Anyone know how to actually use steam support?

I was scammed in Team Fortress 2 from my strange specialized killstreak australium frontier justice, my duck pistol (forgot name), and my rps and rancho relaxo. I used the internet and youtube to try to find how to actually get help, but everything was outdated.
