Can I Accept Trades With A Level 0 (Limited Account) ?

The goal: To buy some CSGO skins from Opsites.
The problem: I'm not sure if I'm able to trade yet (New to Steam).

- I added $5 of funds to my Steam wallet (Not pass the 30 day mark yet)
- I setup the Steam Guard Mobile Authentication process (Not pass the 15 day mark either)

So in conclusion... If I buy some skins from Opsites...

a.) Will there bot be able to send me a trade offer for the skins that I buy?
b.) If yes, will I be able to accept the trade to receive the items?

Just wait until you 14 days have passed after enabling the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. After that you can add the $5 to your OPSKINS account and buy skins. Also you need to link your steam trade link to OPSKINS to be able to get the skins. You will immediately get trade offer from OPSKINS after buying a skin.

You can do it but you will have no support or protection from steam when it goes wrong.

I linked my trade URL to OPSKINS.

So is that my only option though? I was looking at other post and some people said they've been able to acccpet trades, but they can't send trades. This is okay with me.

I'm not looking to send any items anywhere, I only want to receive the skins from OPSKINS. :)

I'm saying that if you end up being another one that after paying them ends up getting nothing from it then you won't get what you gave them back and no-one will make them give you what they said they would.

Keep in mind trading has further restrictions than a "limited account"...(this is for both giving away items and receiving them)
