My mouse doesn't seem to work on steam games

My mouse doesn't work when I launch a game from steam unless it has it's own launcher or if it's not launched on steam in general. When I launch like csgo for example my mouse freezes randomly ingame and I can't move it at all it might start working again not completely though it will just freeze again. When i'm on something like Black Squad or APB Reloaded it works perfectly fine and they have their own launcher. I have no idea what's wrong but I know it can't be my mouse I've tried installing drivers already and they haven't worked at all I even tried other things too like getting a new mouse I got a new one twice and it still doesn't work. This has also happened before but my mouse fixed itself somehow and right now it might just stay this way forever.

What mouse is it? And did you buy the same mouse twice?

Try to enable raw mouse input and maybe to lower polling rates on 500 if u have it on 1000

Update graphic card driver, if u have nvidia Geforce Experience try to optimize cs go in game options, then again try to update mouse drivers and finaly update windows
