"free pubg key" scam?
I saw an ad on facebook suggesting i entered a contest for a free pubg steam key. after a few days i received the following email http://prntscr.com/iiovrd . Trying to get the key i was asked to complete sort of a survey. It is most probably a scam, but can anyone confirm? Thanks in advance

E-mail looks sketchy. I'd suggest not accepting it as it's probably a scam.
Surveys to get stuff are always a scam

Definitely a scam.

...of course that's a scam. lol

Literally anything that says free stuff or whatever out of nowhere, especially in ads, is a scam.

It is very suspicious, I would not risk it to be honest.
Survey scams are common. They are only giving money for scammers and you get nothing in return.

I am somewhat sad that people still think there's the possibility that this is legit. :feeling:
In my defense i have won a couple of things like that (mainly stuff FOR games, not games themselves) but yeah, i am stupid for getting my hopes up

You got reminded of participation...... and you won...... and then something is required:

Bait, story, steps.
Avoid this pattern in general.
Classic survey scam. I looked at that fake website which dangles two thirds of what looks like a Steam key that might as well be fake in front of your face.

That "survey" offers you several different things that the site's owner earns a comission on if you complete it. That comission is most likely way lower than the game's price. Also there is zero incentive for the site owner - let's call him scammer from now on - to actually make good on the promise of a free game. He already got what he wanted out of you.

tl;dr: Survey/offers to get free ♥♥♥♥ == FAKE.
