Game braking bug. No way of contacting the developer.
As in a title. Some time ago I bought Chicago 1930 out of nostalgia, because there was finally a way to get my old favourite, which is unavailable elsewhere.

But the game has a game breaking bug which reveals itself about 3-4 hours into the game (so I can't refund it).

There is one email address given on steam site - but either developer simply ignores users, or the email address does not exist alltogether (reported by one of the users in game forums).

I bought the game. Can't play it. Developer/publisher ignores emails. Can we get any help from Steam? Any way to contact the dev/publisher?

You can try to refund it anyway. It will most likely be auto-rejected the first time, but try again and if possible, describe in detail what the bug is and how it makes the game unplayable.

The thing is - I don't actually want to refund it. I want to play the game, but can't contact anyone to help with the bug.

Check the community if they have a fix for it, or search on Google. Steam will not help with this bug since they did not build the game. They only support their games and problem with steam accounts.
