Why adding funds with paypal locked my account?

I thought paypal was safe way to add funds but it locked my account for 15 days...so i cant buy what i was planning to buy in the market

Is just curiosity, does this mean i should not add funds using paypal anymore in the future if i want to avoid this?

Any new payment method will temporarily lock the account. Use methods you've used before and are still registered and verified on the account to add funds.

As long as you keep the payment method stored, yes.

Sadly, Paypal can not be verified like other types of payment and you have to wait out the restriction.
