Steam Workshop Subscription not downloading mods
I have no idea when it happened exactly but I presumed at least 4 weeks ago but for some reason, subscribing and unsubscribing from mods no longer do anything for me. Clicking the subscribe button doesn't pop up the download tab for steam workshop content. There's no downloading whatsoever. I'm not in BETA or anything, and verify cache doesn't help since its not just one game but for every game that I currently own that has steam workshop. Restarting, logging in and out, shutting down the computer, none of these work.
The only thing that does pop up is the blue note that tells you that you have subscribed or unsubscribed from the mod.

Can anyone give some suggestions to help?

DId you run Steam as admin?

I should be admin by default shouldn't I given that I downloaded it? How do I check?
