Far cry: primal, the lag.
Okay, so I got Far Cry: Primal, installed fine, opened fine, saw the warning screen and the uplay logo, then I get to the menu. It hits at about 15 fps for some reason and uses up anywhere between 80% - 90% on the CPU and anywhere between 60% - 100% on the GPU. I can't fathom why this is happening, even on the lowest settings I can get it to? I can't even do the in game benchmark because I can't get passed the loading screen. If I try to play a new game the load bar fills and I hear a second of in-game audio befor it cuts out and I'm sat staring at a load screen. ( I have waited to see if anything would actually happen, other than a really laggy load screen then a black screen after about 5-10 minutes nothing.)

I have put the game on the lowest settings in game and out of the game, I have turned shadow play off, I validated the the games files, un-installed and re-installed. I benchmarked my pc and it should be able to run it? My drivers are up to date, everything that could need an update is up to date. I have looked at online discussions about it and nothing thus far has helped.
This is the only game that does this on my PC, I have no problems with any other game on my system and every thing runs smoothly. Any help or is this game just gonna make my pc ♥♥♥♥ its self every time I run it?

My specs;

CPU - intel i5-6500 3.20 GHZ
GPU - GeForce GTX 970 4gb gaming eddition (just wanted to be very specific)
RAM - 16 GB ddr 3
PSU - 650 (I think)
Windows 10 pro

in my case no such problem exist, but it starts to lag after 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay. While running fps suddenly drops and get back to normal and this happens in a cycle.
