I don't want to see NSFW games when I browse Steam

Is there a way to hide all NSFW games when browsing the Steam store? Right now, "Genital Jousting" is on the front page of store.steampowered.com. I don't want to see this. How can I hide all this stuff?

Comments telling me to just get over it or questioning my reasons are NOT welcome and will be considered harassment.

Exclude the "sexual content" tag in your preference settings. Maybe "nudity" as well.
