How can i request refund for game redeemed by code
I bought 2 games in my gaming store and i redeemed code and i have them in library, but they are not compatible for my PC (its for 64-bit but i have 32-bit PC). Can I and how do i refund them?

Why would you be able to refund something from a place you didn't pay anything to?

Download the Win10 ISO from Microsoft and install an actual 64-bit OS. Get with the 2010s while it's still the 2010s.

for example i got game with CD AND i needed to place steam code to be able to download on steam

Refunds occur at the point of sale. In your case you migh not t be eligible from the store, you’ll have to check there.

You still haven't made the purchase on Steam Store.

How should Valve grant you a refund when they didn't received any money at all?.

Valve don't get any money from purchases outside of Steam Store.
