How to Reload your Games without downloading them again.
Hi, I have so many games already downloaded and on my drives. I had to reinstall Windows, and for example I have C:\SteamLibrary\ with about 15 games in there. I dont want to have to redownload them all. Steam found some of my games, I dont know how- automatically, but not all of them- I have multiple SteamLibrary folders scattered on my drives.

You can add multiple locations where games are installed, go to you steam settings and look there.

So problem is you cannot add multiple SteamLibrarys on one drive. I have C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam as my default library (cannot delete it), but there are no games in there. I have a SteamLibrary in C:\SteamLibrary\ with most of my games. I tried adding this folder, but you cannot have more than one SteamLibrary on the same drive. So what do I do for all my games in C:\SteamLibrary\? Do I have to move them all to C:\Program Files(x86)\steam\? ... That is kind of dumb I dont know how it ever let me create that SteamLibrary if there was always a detault one under program files(x86).

True, you can simply merge the two folders, (move files in explorer) rescan games and should be OK.

Firstly move Steam out of program files. Terrible place to keep it.

Second shut Steam down then move everything in the library \steamapps\ from C:\SteamLibrary\ to the main \Steam\steamapps\, restart Steam.

okay... so I tried to add a SteamLibrary from settings \ Steam LLibrary Folders \ -> I selected a Library I have on f:\ drive, and it said "New Steam Library Folder Must Be Empty.". That is stupid. Point of adding a library is because it is full of games I want steam to see. . . What am I doing wrong here. . .

Follow the post of Snapjak, that should work.
