My crosshair moves by itself in CS:GO
The problem I have encountered is that randomly my crosshair starts moving either to the left, right,up or down. It causes my character to do unlimited 360s, while standing still or even while moving forwards or backwards. The only way to stop the spinning is to move my mouse or click. I have also tested that when my crosshair starts spinning on its own while in game, I pressed ESC to open the options menu, it stops spinning as long as I am still in that menu. When I press ESC again to close it, it continues to spin. I have no keybinds for spinning or any other devices plugged into my computer except for a mouse and keyboard.

It is not a mouse issue as I am certain of it. The first mouse I encountered the issue was with a Razer Deathadder Chroma. I first thought it was the mouse or Razer Synapse. I tried everything, updating drivers, reinstalling Steam and CS:GO. But recently I bought a Zowie EC1-B which has got no drivers, and the issue still persists. Moreover, I have reset my PC to factory settings and that also did not help. I don't know what the issue is, whether it is the game or my PC?
Also during the issue, I unplugged my mouse and keyboard and it continues to spin... LMAO.
For those wondering, I have tested my mice on cloth and hard mouse pads and cleaned the sensors but alas.

I cannot add videos or GIFs on here which makes it so much easier for you guys to see but to describe the problem best to my abbility it would be like this. Sometimes my crosshair spins slow and sometimes really fast depending on how much/hard I flick, but sometime it just happens when my hand is not even on the mouse. My issue is almost the same as if you would type '+right' into the console. It does not only move to the left or right by itself but sometimes diagonally. It would not stop it moving unless I move my mouse or give it a mouseclick.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

While they may not be physically plugged in, check for bluetooth or wireless devices that may be synced. Maybe a game controller is still synced and something is sitting on the analog.

Don't have any kind of wireless device synced...

Turn off your internet. Does it still move? If it does, then try cleaning out the inside of your PC. If it stops moving when you turn off your internet, look around your house for anything that can control your PC through the internet.

I figured it out. You have to turn ON your raw input.

I believe when raw input is on CS uses your mouses settings but I'm not 100% sure. I didn't have the problem on my old PC, only on this one and I don't know why...
