Verify integrity of game cache

I go to the kingpin folder and it's empty, Uninstall, look again , nothing

In steam library right click then properties then local files the verify integrity of game cache.

Ok did that, said 1 was not right, said it was going to reaquire, Try to play, nothing, i go look again and it says the same 1 file was bad, I uninstall again, re-download, Go look and says all files are fine, start the game, won't play, go look and again it says 1 file bad

Try running the game in compatibility mode. Find the games .exe and right click then properties then compatibility, I assume Windows XP. If that doesn't work try putting your anti virus in gaming mode or temporarily disable it then verify the cache
