I purchase steam wallet with visa and they tax me (debit card)
[im from vietnam] I bought 7$(~150.000vnd) steam wallet with my visa and they tax me 1.2$(~22.000vnd) more i dont know why , previous purchase they not tax me but why now ?? The messange from my bank said 1.2$ from steamgames.com and 1 more text with 7$ from valve

It happens with a sudden increase in use. Just verify it and don't worry.

You won't have to actually pay them, they will be dropped off the card.

but the bank confirm they take 1.2$(~22.000vnd) in my bank account , well i dont really know what happen ...

The bank texted me that they deduct my money already ... if they pending hold so they will give it back to me in a few days right ? or not ?

Yes. The money will be taken off hold and you can use it for whatever you want.

How long it takes is entirely up to your bank and their policy.
