How to rebind F12 steam Screen shot to another key?

Hi all. I have just started playing Academagia: The Making of Mages.
Apparently, the main game menus can only be accessed with the F12 key and there is no method within the game to reassign key bindings.
So could anyone give me some advice on changing within steam the F12 Screenshot key to another Key?
