You could create a new account and trade all your rubbish it and only use it as your rubbish dump.. Provided your OCD is accepting of that scenario.

Once it's a friend view the profile click the more button then offer a trade. Switch accounts and accept trade on other account.
Will have a 15 day hold without mobile authenticator on both accounts but least the crap will move eventually.
