Game preview windows not showing in full screen-black screen with audio only-STEAM APP
Just as the title suggest, im using windows 8.1 Pro and whenever I use the Steam Application I go to the store front and preview a game video in full screen, it's just a black screen with the audio playing in the background. I esc the video and its works fine. I would like to see the preview video in full screen but only get the audio with a complete black screen. Does anyone know how to fix this. Im really tired of this BS. Thanks again.

P.S. I works fine on my Chrome Browser, but does not work in the Steam App.

Same issue, only recently happened as in the past week or 2. Are you using an Nvidia Card?

Change the HW video encoding setting.
