I don't think there is any tool like that.

Cheat-software doesn't count as malware, so virus scanners won't look for it.

I was about to suggest Malwarebytes when I realized suddenly that it wouldn't work.

Well, that and stop playing in internet cafes if the OP's been doing that. Shared PC's are bad news as you can't be sure that they don't have cheats installed on them.
