Its not a great laptop, but im like 99% sure it should be fine streaming Resident Evil 4.
Sorry for the late response btw Im just curious how can the stream lag if the game itself for me runs smooth :D
If by chance you meant to say delay for the stream, and not lag, then that's normal because it's not real time stream on twitch as you can get as high as 45 seconds delay before seeing it on stream, for example you were doing Q/A with viewers, they won't hear you responce to them about 45 seconds later, which is all Twitch side, nothing to do with you, if you wanted to shorten the delay find better service.
