I am repeatedly getting some "Authorize Device" popup

As far as I can tell it's for a steam link, I don't have one or know anything about it. I am on college wi-fi so I imagine that is why I'm getting this popup because of someone else using a steam link, it just keeps popping up and disappearing over and over. How do I make this stop?

Have you used any PC that is not yours?

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

That will restrict you from trading and the market but you should do it.
