Won't accept my Debit card? Need Help!
"Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company due to insufficient funds in the account.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged."

1st of all - I have funds in my account more an enough
2nd - Im not even making a purchase, im trying to register new card I got.
3rd - Ive already done the Secure Code and signed up for online purchases. My card works on all other services, including online ones.
4th - The information entered is 100% correct, Ive checked it multiple times.
5th - I checked with my bank and there is 0 problems or issues with my card or anything
6th - My card is far from expiring, its a new one.

So I really have no clue what else to do, Im not going to resort to buying steam wallet codes whenever I need a game, the shops near me, rarely have them in stock and I cant buy from wallet online cause Steam doesnt accept card. My previous card from same bank worked perfectly, why not now, any help im grateful for.

It may not be an issue specifically related to your card, but the bank has suspended the transaction with Steam becuz it doesn't match any of your previous purchasing habit/pattern. Some banks are this cautious nowadays.

Anyway, this is between you, your bank and Valve so none of us here can actually help with the matter.

What do you mean with doesnt match any previous purchasing habit, all it is, is registering new card, and the game that was in my cart is something I would normally buy, I havent made any strange purchases steam or the bank would worry about. I used to buy games often with a card from the same bank, thats how I got 300+ games, all from same card. So not sure why now they would think it doesnt match.

My assumption is that I moved recently, so address details would differ from original card details I had with steam and address with steam and my new updated address on new card

Wait an hour or so and try again. Otherwise your only option is to contact your bank again to figure this out.

New card, eh? How new? Often, banks keep the card disabled until after a certain time for new cards.

I get that issue once in a while. Honestly, I just refresh the page until the transaction goes through :P. The only one that refused to budge was trying to buy a $2 game, and I managed to trigger a cooldown from Steam...so I basically just tacked on a total of $5 and it went through (some banks are weird like that, requiring a minimum or something. At least mine supposedly does :P).

Ya I got it fixed now, I went 3 times and they apologized cause on both occasions the employees didnt unlock my new card, they usually keep it locked when you just get it so you dont have two debit cards from same bank, they canceled old card, but never unlocked new one, they did it now, so it should work in 24 hours.
