I wouldn't call that a workstation. Nothing is going to run on it, that CPU is terrible and it doesn't have a dedicated GPU.

They bought a Lenovo Ideacenter didn't they? They could have bought a PC 4x as powerfull for the same price if they bought it for what it is sold in my region.

It's too weak for gaming, heck.. even as workstation.
According to the specs, it's the lenovo ideacentre - office pc, not a workstation.
Lenovo workstations are called thinkcentre/pad.

Anyway your options are rly limited coz of the hardware.

Games u could play, low demanding games like older cod's, aoe, source games maybe, classic doom games and so on.

But hey, doom offers a great variety of mods/wads.

But ya.. the pc isn't rly good for gaming.

What can my workstation run?
I know it wont be able to play anything half decent but it must be able to play something cool.

and is there a way of searching for compatible games? Im staying at my folks place for a few weeks so this is all I have for now.

Its a AMD Radeon A6-9230 5 Cores (2C-3G) 2.60GHz with 8GB Ram

I know its terrible but what games can I be playing with this set up while im waiting for my own rig to show up?

Thanks everyone

Making a second thread isn't going to make that office PC any faster.

For one, that is not a workstation, it's a basic office pc, BIG difference, second, look to games about 10 years old or esport titles, people being honest with you isn't 'raging' on you, it's honesty.

Something with extremely basic requirements would do it. As has been said the CPU is abysmal and the integrated videochip as well.
Try games 10+ years old or games with similar requirements.

CSGO probably 69 fps after tweaking some settings and resolution?

I feel your pain, when I am on holiday at my parents I have a Celeron E3400 w/ 4gb ram and an HD5670 to use. As mentioned the old half-life and source games are always fun - check out postal2, Red Orchestra Ostfront (with respective mods Darkest Hour and Mare Nostrum of course), Day of Defeat Source help relieve some FPS stress.

Fallout 3 & new vegas, KotOR, Vampire Bloodlines, Deus Ex, System Shock2 help if you have a lot of time to kill.

If you're a sci-fi fan and enjoy painfully learning keyboard controls Egosoft's older X-series titles are always a hoot.

EDIT looking at that spec, it does turbo to 3.5Ghz so all may not be lost - seems to be more of a laptop chip
