If you want to proceed anyway. How to do it will depend on what software you're using for protection.
i have avast anti virus, and its fifa 19. Obviously a very trusting company made it so im not too worried about it
Just because the game is safe doesn't mean your system will be if you disable the security features in order to play it.
Look at it another way.
You've been in a relationship for years and trust your partner. So much you share you PIN numbers for your debit and credit cards despite the various warnings telling you to keep them a secret, private and not to share them. One day you go to buy a few things only to have you card declined. Odd. You try it again. Denied again. You choose another card. Denied again. This happens to all of your cards. Upon investigation you realise your partner has been secretly draining you accounts and has now done a runner with all your money.
All because you removed the personal safety feature off a PIN only you should know.
Sure that might not happen everyday but it's still a risk if someone chooses to share that data.
Once you disable the protection on your system anything that may have been trying to access and manipulate it will immediately be able to do just that. Or any other random act could gain access by chance.
I don't use Avast so can't tell you how to. You can try contacting Avast or EA as it is their game after all.
For specific questions use their forum.
You are not magically automatic in danger without antivirus. With avast you can make good settings.
You paid for a game and an antivirus prevents it from playing? You are safe only if you cant use the game?
Think again.
Maybe it gets put in sandbox or something like that. Check the settings, until you have seen every window.
You need to turn off the realtime protection in Avast.

Might be wiser to ditch Fifa 19 until EA patches this.
How is it EA’s responsibility to make their game compatible with some random freeware. FIFA 19 works fine with Norton and every other premium AV solution.
There are very safe things out there, but they prevent things from running. So you need to learn to see what needs to be excluded.
That said, Avast isn't "some random freeware", and Fifa 19 has issues with Windows Defender and possibly other AV tools too. While it may not be EA's responsibility, it is bad PR and possibly costing them sales.
Besides that, I feel any regular program or game that runs afoul of AV tools picked the wrong solution for the problem they had. I expect and accept such behaviour only from powerful admin and system tools.
