Stuttering Movement WASD Keys
Whenever I press my W key my character in no matter what game stutters when it moves. When I should be walking my character slows down and stutters. However, when I'm holding down another key first and then press W at the same time it is normal. Second thing to note is that it isn't just the WASD keys, for example if I assign W to say Q or any other key the same thing will happen. All other controls work accept movement.

Cooler Master MasterKeys S PBT- Tenkeyless Gaming Mechanical Keyboard, Cherry MX Brown Switches

I was having a similar problem and when I searched online I saw this forum thread, I noticed that I have the same keyboard as you (although with reds). This got me thinking about it maybe being a firmware or software problem for this keyboard. Once you open the Cooler Master Portal V1.01 program and then start it for the keyboard, you can notice a "Key Repeat Rate" box below the arrow keys in the lighting control diagram. Click the disabled option and then click apply in the bottom right. This fixed the problem for me, so maybe it will help you out despite this being an older post.
