sick of steam controller ♥♥♥♥.

can i please just disable steam controller configuration and go on to play games with my xbox one controller like i always have? games like rocket league are annoying because ive had to do all my rebinding and now games from other launchers dont work, like FiveM, nfs payback, watch dogs. how can i get rid of this steam controller bs?

Settings -> In-Game -> Un-check "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game". That will disable all of steams extras while in games (overlay features and controller configuration).

The latest update has screwed up controller support for xbox controllers. I really wish we can disable steam controller also especially since they are not even SELLING it anymore.
