It just my intel core problem right?

Yep, certainly a big no.
It's your whole laptop.
It's underpowered, does not have a dedicated videocard and is mainly designed for multimedia and office use, not for gaming.

It's not just the CPU, which you can't change anyway.

Tip: Low-powers laptops suck for gaming. They're good for
1. Old classics
2. Contemporary 2D games
3. A few low-fi contemporary 3D games
Tip: If you're into gaming, get a desktop. Replaceable parts make it upgradable and you get more bang for the buck. You can get a decent gaming desktop and a low-fi multimedia laptop for the price of a gaming laptop.
