Rust skins help

So I recently added $15 to my steam account off my credit card. I went to rustlabs to buy skins but I won’t let me. It says it was an invalid credit card but why do I have $15 on my account and how long will this take before I can buy skins? This made me really mad. Please help.

Yes I did I did the same thing as I normally would with my dads credit card when he allows me to use it.

It’s not a Rust issue it’s a steam issue😂😂 I’ve invested to much in Rust skins

Rustlabs is not affiliated with Steam. You cannot use STEAM wallet funds on a third party site.

Now it’s saying 4 days till I can use steam community. But I just reset and changed my passcode to so does that mean I can buy my skins in 4 days?

Resetting the password restricts the account for 5 days.
