Reinstalled Windows, but games that were installed on another drive aren't showing
As in title, I had to reinstall Windows to my SSD which involved wiping that drive. I had games installed on my other HDD, which are still there, but don't show as 'Installed' inside of Steam. Any fix or will I have to delete and reinstall everything on that drive as well?

Well based on what you described, of course they wouldn't show, not automatically. Reinstall the game to the location it's already at on the HDD. Steam will recognize the existing game files, validate them and tada, game is installed.

How do I set it to install to that location? I can't set it as one of the library folders because it's not empty

go to steam client
click steam in upper left corner
click settings
click downloads
click ''steam library folders''
''add library folder''

find your folder with installed games.

Move the Steam folder to that other drive, move the library into the Steam folder, start Steam from the new Steam folder. That's the far easiest solution.
