html 5 video file not found
the title error as well as being told the video format is not supported are the commend error i get when trying to play a video using the steam web browser youtube is the only site that will still play videos..crunchyroll etc however do not..i've tried clearing the cache and cookies updated the flash with no change curious if anyone knows a fix for this

Chrome>open the lines top right corner>scroll down to Help>about>update.
install the codec see this

i was up to date and cording to this it supports the files needed tho idk how to check to see if it is installed..also how does my chrome effect my steam web browser

Because steam is a website and chrome is the browser that makes it function. Its more complicated but thats the gist of it.

guess that makes sense lol...and i guess that helps to narrow the issue down seeing as my chrome doesnt have the issue itself..only the steam web browser
