I check my profile And i see no special reputation how i get some?

As a general rule, 99% of non scammers have a no reputation sign. Steamrep only awards trusted and middleman signs to very few people

It´s not a positive rep when you donate to steamrep.
They clearly state that not everyone with donator rep ist trustworthy.

"No special reputation" text disappears which means that reputation was changed in some way, it is clearly not negative one so it must be positive
