Unable to change account email !MODS !SUPPORT !HELP <3

Trying to change my email on my account as i have changed service providers and my email with them i have just found out is purged, I go through the settings to change, and get a KAPCHA error, when validating the settings, I am entering the kapcha correctly, when i am trying to find where the support tickets or anything to do with customer service there is nothing, and when i click on the links in past discussions, it is asking me to go to the email that has been purged

A link to support is at the top of every page.
If you have no access to the mail account the Steam account is linked to then you need to follow the process to recover the account.
