I think that OP is talking about custom artwork for games in the new Library.
Now I'm really curious why the heck does that artwork takes so much space.

Its a GIF thats about 4 seconds long. Its 600 x 900. It was made in after effects. Its 70MB in size.
Yeah your response didnt help at all. Despite me saying the problem was with seemingly file sizes. You proceded to link to link me to image sizes, that was good knolage to know, but didnt actually help with the question at all.

Have you tried compressing it or something?
When I made my profile artwork, after I made it with Aftereffects I did something in Photoshop (can't remember exactly what. I just followed tutorial from YouTube)
Anyway, my 506x728 gif that's 4.5 seconds long takes less than 700KB
That's 100 times less than your gif.
