Where did you save it to? To find out, do it again and when file explorer opens, look at where it is saving to.
steam / userdata / numbers / 760 / remote / more numbers --> the numbers are the game's unique ID on steam.
If you're using some other format to take screenshots, that's... up to whatever the game or program has been assigned. If you are using something outside of the steam UI for screenshots, check the game or program for its data files and user files - sometimes they wind up in My Documents.
I tried to save it approximately everywhere , from windows libraries to desktop and devices root , but nothing worked.
I have to say that the new UI runs reaaally badly for me , even though i have a good processor/ssd/connection , it might just be that the new steam UI doesn't work well on Windows 7.
