you need to remove minus negative search engine see it as dont match that negative.

Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache.

Try that and then re-start Steam.

Forums are playing up too. Valve must be doing some tweaking behind the scenes as there’s no way the servers should need more maintenance work this week.

in my case it was the DNS server address. Microsoft service helped me tho, youtube tutorials couldn't resolve my problem.
