support ticket status
Is there any way to check the status for a support ticket that is not linked to an account? I have the ticket number in an email but I'm unaware of where to check the status.

There's a link in the email, you can check either your help request was received email or a new message from steam support email.

The email that i have received from Steam/Valve software doesn't contain a link but it does have the copyright complaint number with no links.

maybe the support stats can give you an indication of the time it takes to get a reply.

Sad part is I received a few replies 4 days ago and steam seemed to stop replying to resolve an issue. serious improvements are needed.
