WHY DO I HAVE TO REDOWNLOAD ALL MY GAMES?
Suddenly if i want to start any of my installed games steam starts downloading it all again. Any way to fix this BS?

If Steam doesn't spot the files, it doesn't. No way to turn it back at that point, so you'll have to do the download.

Did you not shut down Steam properly at some point? Or stored your games on an external drive, that may have been undetected at some point? These tend to be the most frequent causes for broken file detection.

IT shows that my games are installed already, but when i start them it redownloads the whole game as an update. Haven't found this issue at all in forums. Games works just fine after "reinstall" though.

I did nothing like that, as i said it happened suddenly for seemingly no reason at all.
