The games in the current spring cleaning event are the former.
Just as I said, there is a regular pricing right below this button. If it was the price button with a 100% discount instead, it would be free to keep.
One thing though, any time spent playing any game on a free weekend will count toward the two hour limit for refunds. Also, any achievements unlocked will count towards your overall completion rate. So if your achievement stats are important too you, you might want to take that into consideration.
