Cloud Sync - can download but not upload
I am playing a game of football manager '18 across 2 computers with the same SteamID.
I am able to save a game on one(computer A) and then download it on another(computer B).
However when I then save the same game on computer B, it does not update back on computer A.

I have opened the cloud_log on my computer and get the following error message;

  • Need to upload file Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/cloud/games/Milan.fm
  • HTTP upload for file 'Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/cloud/games/Milan.fm' beginning . . .
  • HTTP upload for file 'Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/cloud/games/Milan.fm' (offset=0, length=109540179) to host 'steamclouddub.blob.core.windows.net', path /cloud/0F/60/43/00/624090/02C_1_1AF270CE_18284_2.dat - timed out.
  • Upload Failure for file Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/cloud/games/Milan.fm
  • Upload complete, result Failure

New files still download fine onto this problematic PC, I just cannot seem to upload.
I have reviewed my firewalls and believe that steam.exe and the fm18 launcher are both added to the exclusions list
