Very slow download speed on manjaro 18.0.4

My normal download speed is about 5-6 MB/s on Windows 10, but on Manjaro it doesn't go higher than 1 MB/s (~250; 500; 800 KB/s). My SSD definetely isn't bottlenecking my download speed. I have my firewall disabled, no VPNs, tried changing download region, clearing download cache, reinstalling steam, replugging the cable. I have no problems with any other downloads (normal 5-6 Mb/s), only steam. My motherboard has a Realtek RTL8111GR ethernet chip, if it even matters.

it dont show every jump speed per jump

we need a diffrent GUI app that show all to target. try EA UOtrace that can see bad packets
or use tracert and ping.

I'm on linux, so I can't use UOtrace. I can ping Google with out any problems, no bad packets and stuff. This is only happening on steam, any other application is fine
