Download speed suddenly drops.

Hey, before 2 days ago, i had no issue. Than suddenly i got a problem with my download speed while downloading something on the steam. When i try to download other pc stuff things, there's no issue but when i try to download a game on steam, first it becomes 3 mb download speed than it suddenly drops to 10-30 kb/s download speed.
I tried to change download region, clearing download catches, troubleshooting the steam nothing changed. Also i formated my computer and it was my last thing to do bc all of important things for me are gone. But this issue didn't solve.
Can you please help me ?

if this is another csgo or dota2 then say so they are pretty screw atm, they change zone alot to try get working files. and so many diffrent advice, that it look like what isp call network toplogy change but such things should fix it self much faster. so something is up but only steam might have a clue whats going on here.

ps.
but it most still be few it effect , because with so many user's in those 2 games, you should have 10,000 complains per day. and we have not seen that.

try this
enter steam settings and reset it download cache, just know your login /pw before you do this.
this has fix so many odd bugs by itself. ( other post call this master cache validation or verification of it. its same cache games validate its content with. )

im having same problem tried everything you said but i cant verify cause it is at zero if only i could post a picture of the problem

if this is own antivirus app that block it or firewall ( i doubt it's that, but i mention this because that was typical for most users problem not this last weeks update ( if other know better, say so i have only been here 3-4 days not before that. )

i'm only using windows defender. Can you explain me how can i do that or there's any video about what you're saying can you share with me ? Only one thing left i didn't do for this problem and that's what you say.

i doubt it any of that, but you have same odd issue as many other have, until someone figure it out or steam solve itself within a day.

have you enable the windows defender folder access for thirdpart app ?
you might turn this off so thirdpart app is allowed to access folder
( open windows defender then virus and threat protections - then advance settings - then controlled folder access ) this was made from danish OS if you have english OS please correct this,translation i did from danish to english TIA

same can be done with app
firewall and network protections
grant a app access through firewall
and as you see steam and steam webhelper should already be there. ( i have never had to do this myslef steam is already and its game allowed, but if this has been turn off i think you will block it )

Doesn't change man. I tried bloody everything. Even i formated my pc doesn't chane... When try to download a game on origin there's no issue but when i damn try to download a game on steam it's drops quickly to 0-30 kbs. I had been upset, i'm gonna delete steam. At least maybe this misfortune can be good for me. Maybe i can improve myself after a non game in my life lol

try UOtrace a old EA app from ultima online that track network traffic goto origin help page maybe
or use traceRT and ping to test networkstability, either you have bad packets reboot router dont use wifi use cable,

i dont think restore previous OS image can fix it then you format the pc. unless you have create backup on external disk or remote NAS or media DVD
