I'll try it right now, do you have any suggestions if it still wouldn't? I've seen a lot of threads right now with the same type of problem.
still stuck at 0 in safe mode (with networking)
did both still didn't work, I have Hamachi on my networks btw does that cause problems?
Don't really have another computer to test on.
I'm pretty sure it's on steam's side because a lot of people are experiencing it as well, I'll try that tcp thing and after that if it still wouldn't work I think I'll just wait for steam to fix it themselves.
Why Hamachi? They havn't updated in a while...What are you using it for?
And yes, alot of problems.
A private server for unturned. i tried uninstalling it and disabling it on my network still downloads stuck at 0. so I'm pretty sure it's not the problem. I had hamachi probably like last month and it was working fine with steam, just now steam started fcking up.
Disable Hamachi.
Then
Run > services.msc (as admin)
Scroll down to "Remote ******"
There will be 8 options, turn them all off except the ones that say "RPC" (so leave on #5 and #6).
The last one #8 starts with "routing". Disable that to.
Scroll down to Server
Disable that to.
There are many more you should have disabled but....start with that to narrow it down to not a Hamachi thing.
Come back after a reboot.
How is it something I did when a lot of people are also experiencing this stuck at 0 thing on steam recently?
Funny story, this has happened to me before, found out all I had to do was restart steam. Also, show me this "Alot of people"...
