Uninstalled Gta 5 Now i have to purchase it to reinstall?

I deleted my gta 5 files on pc a while ago. Now i tried to reinstall but steam thought the game was installed so i could only click play. So i deleted it from steam.
I thought that it would let me reinstall.

But i have to search it in store as its not in my library and not in purchases. Its not letting me reinstall in store just says 14$ add to cart.

Cant seem to get intouch with steam. their support page is useless.
How can i contact steam?

Usually this means, that you are logged into the wrong account. Try to find the email about the game purchase and log into the account, that is named in there.
Don't rely on the assumption, that it "has to be" the one, you are in right now.

I had this game in my library a second ago i just clicked delete game in the library so that i could reinstall it. Once i deleted it i cant click reinstall in store. Yes it was in my library on this account. I dont have any other steam account.

Same windows user account on the same drive as well, will show you games from all accounts on that system.

Games, that are installed on your PC are shown in your library, no matter if you own them or not. You just cannot start them, if you don't.

Believe me, you are in the wrong account.

It is NOT the same account.

Purchases do not magically disappear from your purchase history.

Damn i cant remember maybe i didnt change the name, maybe i made this new account lol. I just noticed all my friends are gone. So you could be right. Im gonna call up my friend and ask him what my steam name is he must still be in the friends list on my old account. I havent been on steam in forever. Ill keep you guys posted.

The account name =/= the profile name. Unless you told them your actual account name, they can't help you.

Check your emails for the account name.

yeah i cant even find the old account name in my emails. it was like 2013 that i made my old account. dont even have emails from back then. I usually use the same account name and profile name. Like this account i log in using cherokeepilot. and its also my profile name. so if my friend knows my profile name its likely i can log in with it. if not then i guess i will lose access to that account.
